Create a platformThe platform is designed for all associations that want to manage their communications with their members simply, efficiently and securely, without relying on major digital platforms (see our Privacy Policy).
The platform brings together member and relationship management, email campaign management and event management, all within an intuitive interface designed around the needs of associations and built for collaborative work.
Member Management
- Define your own member dataDefine the information you need to manage your members. InvitCom provides a set of predefined fields (member number, registration date, phone number, etc.), and you can also create your own custom fields.
- Add, import and edit membersAdd or edit your members individually, or import new members and updates in bulk from a file.
- Define relationships between membersCreate relationships between your members (spouse, parent/child). You can enable or disable relationship-based features at any time.
- Search and filter your membersEasily search and filter your members using the data you have defined, as well as their relationships when this feature is enabled. Quickly find the people who match your criteria.
- Call or email a memberWhen an email address or phone number is available, simply click it from the member list to send an email or call the member directly from your phone.
- Export members to a spreadsheetExport your members' data by selecting the information you need and applying the criteria that best suit your requirements.
Email Campaign Management
- Send or schedule email campaignsOnce you have selected your mailing list and email template, send your message immediately or schedule it for a later date. Before sending a campaign, you can easily send a test email to review and validate its content.
- Manage static and dynamic mailing listsCreate mailing lists that fit your needs. Lists can be static, with permanent members, or dynamic, based on criteria defined from your members' data. Dynamic lists are automatically updated when a campaign is sent, ensuring that the latest additions and changes to your member database are always taken into account.
- Create and manage email templatesWith a powerful email editor, similar to a word processor, easily create messages containing text, images, maps, buttons and member data. Your emails automatically adapt to different screen sizes (desktop, tablet and mobile) to provide an optimal experience for every recipient.
- Personalize your emails with member dataSend personalized emails to each recipient. Automatically include the recipient's name, their spouse's or children's names (when a relationship has been defined), as well as any other available information (member number, registration date, etc.). Each recipient receives a message tailored specifically to them.
- Track your email campaign statisticsAfter sending your campaigns, easily track their performance with open and button-click statistics. Measure the effectiveness of your communications and use these insights to improve your future campaigns.
- Duplicate your lists, templates and campaignsEasily duplicate recipient lists, email templates or campaigns to reuse or adapt their content. Save time and reduce the risk of errors caused by repetitive copy-and-paste work.
Event Management
- Create and manage your eventsCreate events with or without a location by entering a start date and, if needed, an end date. View your past and upcoming events in a clear list to plan and coordinate your communications with other users.
- Manage emails related to an eventGroup all emails related to your event (invitations, updates, confirmations, thank-you messages, cancellations, etc.) to manage your communications more efficiently.
- Manage event locationsSearch for an address or point of interest and add it to your events with its address and, if desired, a map. View all your locations on a map and easily filter them to quickly find the one you need.
- Add an event map to an emailDirectly add a location's address and map to your email using the email editor, or create a new location. Reduce the risk of address errors and make it easy for your recipients to locate your event.
Platform Management
- Invite and manage usersInvitCom is a collaborative platform that makes it easy to invite other users to help manage your platform. Enter their first name, last name, email address and role (administrator, manager or contributor), and they will receive an email invitation to join the platform.
- Manage user roles and permissionsWhenever your permissions allow it, you can modify users' roles and access levels to ensure that everyone has the right permissions for their responsibilities.
- Link a user to a memberPlatform users are often members of your association themselves. Create a new member or directly link a user to an existing member profile.
- Manage your subscriptionIf you are a platform administrator, easily manage your subscription: change your plan, turn off automatic renewal, cancel your subscription, purchase additional emails, extend data retention, or update your billing address and payment method.
- Manage your user accountPersonalize your account by adding a profile photo (your initials are used by default), changing your login email address, password or language, or closing your account.
- Manage your media libraryAccess all the images you have used in your emails and events. Rename, edit, delete or download your images with ease.
- Access your different platformsManage several associations? Switch from one platform to another with a single click and easily manage each of your associations.

- Customize your platform's appearanceAdapt the platform to your association's visual identity. Choose your primary color, select your preferred font and add a background image.
